Ronnie Biggs
Ronnie Biggs ( born Dec 2024) is a male feathered saluki lurcher who is looking to be adopted by a very special person. This person will not be one who is just attracted by his undeniably good looks nor one who wants a cuddly pal but one who understands that individual canine personalities and preferences are as varied as those of humans.
Ronnie took a while to catch when he was a stray, which many salukis do, but even in rescue, he acts as though he is in his own little world. He is no trouble but does not take much notice of other dogs or people so would not be suitable for a home with children.
Surprisingly, he likes to play and can be quite full on in play, possibly as an outlet for his inner feelings so would be best as an only dog. He cannot live with cats. He would like a quiet home with a garden where there is a regular routine and not too much is asked of him so he can enjoy just being himself in his own little bubble.
The person who adopts him will have to play the long game but will either have the joy of seeing his true self when he finally feels secure and able to unpack or of appreciating his quirkiness, if he stays as he is.
He is neutered and microchipped.
If you think you can understand what Ronnie Biggs needs and can offer it, please get in touch.
