Update from her fosterer:

Reem is a self contained girl who prefers dogs to people as she will not have been treated kindly prior to rescue. She will need a youngish dog or dogs to play with.  She enjoys being outside in the garden where she can feel free and relaxed with no pressure to interact with people. She can be quiet and withdrawn trying to blend into the background when inside but comes to life when people are out of the room when she will become giddy and play excitedly with her toys and the resident dogs.

Over time her confidence will grow under the tutelage of other settled and confident dogs so we are looking for a patient, understanding, childfree home with a secure reasonably sized garden that is happy to take a backseat and let her blossom at her own pace rather than expect a ‘ slot-in’.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Reem meaning gazelle (born approx Oct 2023) is a stunning female lurcher who was picked up as a stray. Understandably she was a little shy initially  but life on the streets has equipped her with stoicism and common sense.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

She is calm and takes things in her stride.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

She is fine with other dogs but cannot live with cats. She is neutered and microchipped.
