Fable (born November 2017) is a female saluki lurcher who was used to churn out puppies and rewarded by spending months in a pound, discarded and understandably scared of humans due to her rough handling. With plenty of time and tender loving care, she is now a happy girl who enjoys running and playing. Now that she has control over her own life, she knows her own mind as many salukis do but is a sweet, gentle girl who will gradually overcome her shyness and most likely rule the roost! She is neutered and microchipped. She travels well and walks nicely in a harness. She would like a home with someone around a lot or another dog, as she is used to living with other dogs.
