Chard (Update and new photographs added) – RESERVED
Chard (born June 2016) is a smallish female greyhound who is quiet and easy to handle. She would be suitable as a first time greyhound for some lucky person who could look upon her sweet face as its lights up with all the new experiences that life outside kennels will bring.
She is neutered and microchipped.
She cannot live with cats.
If you think she is the one for you, please contact us.
Update from Chard’s fosterer
This dainty girl ( 24″ to the shoulder) is a real jewel. She would suit a working home as she is relaxed, skilled at sleeping and could be an only dog. She would not require a garden although a bit of grass is welcomed by most dogs. She is far from being the vegetable that her name implies; being responsive to voice, confident, waggy and unafraid of the usual traffic sounds. She travels well and is good around food. Unless you are a squirrel, rabbit or cat, she would make the perfect companion and could slot in happily to most routines.
